Following a successful tender process, we were appointed to undertake the fast track fit out of one entire floor of ‘The Cube’ to create new Edinburgh Headquarters for international oil and gas exploration company Bowleven plc.
Insite Contracts was appointed by the Global Insurance Broker Willis Group to undertake the fit out of their new Glasgow office facility within the recently completed Grade A office building at 2 West Regent Street. Client requirements dictated that timescales on this project were particularly tight and required the facility to be completed with a 5 week construction period.
This high specification project included works to ceilings, raised access floors, installation of solid and glazed partitions and doors, bespoke joinery elements, flooring, decoration as well as plumbing, mechanical and electrical and data services installations.
The project was completed on time and below budget to the satisfaction of all parties.
