Insite Contracts offers renovation and construction services to maintain, alter, adapt and refurbish industrial buildings to maximise the asset value and letting opportunity to meet the needs of the current or intended building users.  Our services are often required by Tenants and Landlords at the expiry of a lease to undertake necessary required works to comply with lease conditions.
Works will often include the strip out of tenant alterations, removal and disposal of redundant tenant plant and machinery, building envelope and cladding repairs, hard and soft landscaping, industrial floor repairs, industrial door refurbishment or replacement, decoration, suspended ceiling and soft flooring replacement, testing and repair/replacement where required, of electrical, lighting, power distribution, mechanical, plumbing and drainage systems.
Where space is confined, Insite Contracts has been involved in the installation of structural mezzanine floors which can add significant additional space and value to the operational environment without the need to construct new build extensions at significantly greater cost.  The wellbeing and performance of building occupiers is often improved greatly by the creation of a suitable and comfortable environment.
