In many instances our services are required to refurbish the external envelope and/or the internal space within a property to improve the letting opportunity and increase the asset value of vacant property.  In many other instances we are required to carry out works to/within occupied premises to enhance facilities for building occupiers, users and visitors which often helps to project an overall improved image and fulfil the current needs for the companies who operate from these premises.  Working within occupied space requires a special understanding of the nature of the specific environment and a collaborative approach with both the occupiers and project team to ensure a successful outcome.
